Old City Cemetery Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Old City Cemetery! Please fill out the following application completely, and we will contact you with more information as soon as we have reached a decision!

General Info: Vendor events at Old City Cemetery are typically held between 10am and 3pm unless otherwise specified. Vendors are expected to be done with set-up by 9:30am and remain on site through the event. Vendor spots are, on average, about 10x10, though size may vary slightly as we are an outdoor space and utilize different places on our grounds. Vendors may be asked to set up on grass, sidewalk, pavement, and among our garden spaces. We do everything we can to provide reasonably level sites, however as a historic site we are working with a unique and variable space. Vendors may bring along any tables, chairs or tents (10x10 or smaller) they need for their space, but OCC does not provide any of those things. Some specialized events, such as our Colonial Christmas Market or Rose Festival, may have specific themes or an atmosphere we are trying to maintain, and vendors will be asked to participate in the theme as best they are able. Our vendor fee for 2024 is $30 and should be paid prior to the date of the event.
